Att Uverse Internet Customer Service, although we don't wantto lose you as a customer, should you chooseto end service with at&t, you will be sent a final bill. it's easy to determineit's your last bill,
because the words "final bill"will appear at the bottom of the"bill-at-a-glance" section. the final bill will beprinted within 30 days after the serviceis disconnected. billing stops on the dateservices are disconnected. please be aware thatdepending on when you disconnect your service, a bill for your current chargemay already be in the mail. remember, your final billwill say "final bill".
basic monthly serviceis billed in advance, and the final billwill reflect credit for days the services were not used. the final billwill include information about the total amount due. this may includeany past due amount, as well ascurrent charges, credits, and the date payment is due. if there is a "cr" next to yourbalance due amount,
that means there isa credit on your account and no payment is required. a refund check will be mailed toyou within three to six weeks. you'll also see the mailingaddress for the final bill, the disconnect date whenservices were stopped, the order numberto discontinue services, and a list of services, fees,and taxes that were billed in advance along withany applicable credits. certain charges, such as longdistance usage and directv,
are billed in arrears, and maydisplay on the final bill, or on a subsequent bill. your final bill amountis due in full by the date shown on the bill. remember, if yourfinal amount due is a credit, you will receive a refund checkwithin three to six weeks. one final note: if you have at&tdial internet service that you alsowish to have disconnected,
