method usb cable via usb cable so let'sget started keep in mind that before connecting your usb activate thedebugging mode on your phone it's in settings under the development option ordeveloper options go to the developer options and tick on usb debugging afterthat connect your usb so let me connect my usb usb debuggingokay temporary enable so usb debugging is enabled so let me click on connect myphone is already connected via usb so now click on connect right here checkingphone driver it will take few seconds or few minutes depending on your pc or ifyou have the driver or not connecting
phone you can see so here you have hereyou can see my phone q800 there are two options backup or restore in my casei will show you how to backup first then i will show you how to restore so let mebackup click on backup it will ask you select category to backup sms contactcall log browser bookmarks album more photos audio video you can click on allof them or choose accordingly choose a few or important things that you need soin my case i will just select sms and contact you can if you want you canselect all but for demonstration purposes i will just select sms andcontacts after that input backup name you can give a backup name like let megive it demonstration
purpose and you can leave a note if youwant like ah any note like let me give a date here instead of a note just for thesake of doing it so that's it now you can click on backup let me click onbackup now right here so it's backing up contacts it will takefew seconds a few minutes depending on how many contacts you have in your phoneso it's almost done back up contacts finished finish you caneither click on finish or open back up let me open back up so here you can seecontacts sms backup info backups i have two backups this is the one that i madejust now it's created just now so this is how you backup your phone and now ifyou want to restore click on restore and
