Latest Internet Explorer For Windows Xp, to keep it running at top performance. butif you take care of your pc a little more than you can tackle this problem without reinstallingwindows. i will show you how to take care of your pc a little more with this 5 tweaks.so let's go ahead and start with the tweaks 1. the first step is to clean up the junka quick way to clear some hard drive space
is to haul out the junk , that is, temporaryfiles, old program setup files, cached thumbnails, and files that pile up over time.hit windows+ r key to open run menu and type %temp% and just hit enter. as you guys cansee we have got random files that your computer doesn't need and taking up space. just selectall this files and press shift+delete to permanently remove them. if you get warning saying thatthe folder or file is used by another program than skip those files. so i just saved 7gbof space by deleting temporary files. 2. in second tweak we will save more diskspace with the help of disk cleanup open the search and type disk cleanup hitenter to open it it basically scans for the files that yourcomputer doesn't need. the scanning process
may take 2-3 minutes. after the scanning iscomplete it will give you option to delete unnecessary files. now don't worry about thefiles you're deleting. go ahead and check all the boxes and hit enter. don't worry,just delete them. now you have saved a lot more space by deleting junk and by cleaningup your disk. 3. the third tweak is to disable unnecessaryanimations hit windows + r key together to open run dialoguebox. type sysdm.cpl it'll open system properties window. now click on setting option in performancesection. it'll open another window. disable all the unnecessary animations in visual effectstab, you can leave following options enabled according to your requirements:o enable aero peek (if you want to use aero
peek feature)o enable desktop composition (if you want to use windows aero theme)o enable transparent glass (if you want to use transparency in windows)o show thumbnails instead of icons (if you want to show thumbnails in explorer)o show window contents while dragging (if you want windows to show contents while movingthem) o smooth edges of screen fonts (if you wantto show smooth fonts) o use drop shadows for icon labels on thedesktop (if you want to show shadows under desktop icon labels)o use visual styles on windows and buttons (if you want to use windows aero or basictheme)
